Media Usage: By attending, you consent to being recorded or photographed for promotional use.

Use of Materials: Content shared during The Case Conference—including session slides, downloads, and speaker frameworks—is for personal and professional development only. You may not reproduce, distribute, teach, or profit from any proprietary content without express written permission from My Divine Life LLC or the respective speaker.

This agreement is governed by Georgia law.

2. Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final
We do not offer refunds for any registration or ticket purchase. Please purchase mindfully.

Substitution Policy
If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person up to 7 days before the event. Email us at info@thecaseconference.com with the new attendee’s name and email.

Event Cancellations or Changes
In the rare case that we must cancel or reschedule due to force majeure (e.g., venue issues, public health crises, extreme weather), you will be offered:

A full refund, or
A credit for a future event

No refunds are issued for partial attendance or no-shows.

3. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays, disruptions, or cancellations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, venue damage, labor strikes, or civil unrest. In such cases, The Case Conference reserves the right to reschedule, modify, or cancel the event without liability.

4. Code of Conduct

We are committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and inclusive space for all attendees.

Expected Behavior

All participants—attendees, speakers, sponsors, and staff—must:

Treat everyone with professionalism and respect
Use inclusive, culturally aware language
Follow all venue rules and staff instructions
Engage in discussion with kindness—even in disagreement

Unacceptable Behavior

We have zero tolerance for:

Harassment, abuse, or discrimination of any kind
Disruptive, inappropriate, or aggressive conduct
Unwanted photography or recording of others
Retaliation against those who report issues

Reporting a Violation

We reserve the right to remove participants and restrict future access without refund.

5. Accessibility Statement

We believe design and business education should be accessible to all. We are committed to providing an inclusive experience for every attendee.

Venue Accessibility

Service animals are welcome at all conference venues.
